Note Note

In Kommo you can easily change the default language of your account to suit your preferences or team’s needs. This quick guide will walk you through the steps to switch the language in your profile settings.

Note

Kommo currently supports English, Portuguese (Brazilian), and Spanish (LATAM), and Russian.

 

Here is what you need to do:

  1. Go to your Kommo account and click on your profile picture in the top left corner. A dropdown menu will appear. From there, click on the profile button.
  2. Once you’re in the Profile settings, select your preferred language. Choose between English, Portuguese, Spanish, or Russian, from the available options. Click the Save button to apply the changes.
  3. Your Kommo interface will now be updated to the language you've chosen.

Note

You might need to refresh the page to make sure the language has been changed.

 

Switching languages in Kommo is easy and helps you and your team work better. If there are multiple users on the account, changing the language only affects the person who made the change. Others will still see their own preferred language. And no matter which language you use, you can receive and manage messages in any language.
